The North Corning Volunteer Fire Department was formed in 1967, to provide fire protection to the northern tier of the Town of Corning.

General Information
Today the North Corning Volunteer Fire Departments still provides fire, rescue and EMS protection to the Town of Corning residents. North Corning Fire Department is operated out of one station and eight apparatus, on the corner of State Route 414 and Winfield Street. This gives us easy access to Interstate 86, both east and west bound lanes, and other areas of the Town of Corning.
